primero hablaria con el cliente para disculparnos por la falta de informacion y despues hablaria con Mariana para hacerle ver que es muy importante dar informacion correcta y completa a los clientes para evitar disgustos tanto a los cliente como malos momentos y malas referencias para la empresa.
