Sin duda todo parte de la sincera intención de lo que se desea. Me refiero en especial a la “cabeza” de la organización, es decir, si la dirección o el liderazgo busca en realidad la productividad con base en el fomento a la Cultura de obtener resultados a través de valores humanos, como pudiera ser el respeto, reconocimiento.
Esto le llamo liderazgo 3R (Resultados a través del respeto y reconocimiento).
